Worship

Worship at the Retreat Center is offered as a quiet expression of devotion rather than ritual complexity. Through prayer, sacred chanting, meditation, and moments of silence, worship becomes a way of aligning the heart with humility, gratitude, and surrender. Our approach emphasizes inner awareness and reverence, welcoming individuals from diverse spiritual backgrounds.

According to Shri Devraha Baba, true worship is not limited to external rituals but is rooted in constant remembrance of God, purity of heart, and sincere devotion. He taught that the essence of worship lies in loving God deeply and living a life aligned with dharma and compassion. For most seekers and householders, Baba emphasized the simple yet powerful practice of Ram-Naam japa (repetition of the Divine Name). He explained that continuous remembrance gradually purifies the mind and awakens direct spiritual experience. Just as fire emerges by repeatedly rubbing two sticks, divine realization manifests when the heart constantly repeats the Holy Name.

Baba also encouraged devotees to support their worship through prayer, meditation, ethical living, and service to all beings, reminding that God resides in every soul. Thus, serving others with humility becomes a natural extension of true worship.
