About Devraha Baba:
Devraha Baba was a revered Indian yogi and saint, widely known for his life of profound simplicity, silence, and devotion. He lived much of his life along the banks of sacred rivers in North India, most notably near the Yamuna River, where seekers from all walks of life came to receive his blessings and guidance. Little is known about Devraha Baba’s early life, as he remained detached from personal history, fame, and institutional identity. His teachings were rarely spoken; instead, they were conveyed through presence, discipline, and inner stillness. He lived an ascetic life, residing on a simple elevated wooden platform, embodying renunciation, humility, and unwavering faith in the Divine. Devraha Baba was deeply respected across social, cultural, and religious boundaries. Saints, householders, scholars, and national leaders alike sought his blessings—not for instruction or doctrine, but for clarity, peace, and spiritual strength. His life emphasized surrender to God, purity of heart, compassion for all beings, and detachment from material attachment. He did not establish an organization, promote a philosophy, or appoint followers in the conventional sense. His legacy lives on as a way of life rather than a system of belief—rooted in silence, devotion, and selfless service. For Devraha Baba, true spirituality was not something to be spoken about, but something to be lived.
Devraha Baba left his physical body in June 1990 in Vrindavan, India. His samadhi remains a place of reverence and quiet reflection for devotees and spiritual seekers.

Successor: Devdasji (Bade Sarkar)
Devdasji (Bade Sarkar) is regarded as one of the prominent spiritual successors in the lineage of Devraha Baba, carrying forward the tradition through discipline, devotion, and simplicity rather than public prominence. Revered by devotees as Bade Sarkar, Devdasji embodied the core values exemplified by Devraha Baba—renunciation, humility, prayerful living, and service to humanity. His life reflected continuity of the spiritual path not through formal institutions or titles, but through lived practice and inner authority. Devdasji’s role as a successor was expressed through guidance, blessings, and the quiet preservation of the Guru’s way of life. He emphasized faith, surrender to the Divine, and moral discipline, inspiring seekers to live spiritually grounded lives while remaining engaged with the world.
In keeping with the tradition of the lineage, Devdasji did not seek fame or organizational control. His legacy continues through the lives of devotees and spiritual centers that uphold the principles of silence, devotion, and selfless service taught by Devraha Baba.
